Employment Opportunities

Join a practice rooted in meaningful relational work

Our Practice

Intentionally Built

Erin D Therapy is a small, intentionally built practice in downtown Puyallup, rooted in meaningful relational work with adult clients. Our work is guided by a commitment to sustainability, intentionality, and genuine care - for our clinicians, our clients, and the community we're part of.

We specialize in working with couples navigating moments of strain, disconnection, and repair. Many of the clients we serve are on the brink, yet deeply motivated to rebuild trust and find their way back to one another. We approach this work with depth, curiosity, and respect for the complexity of relationships.

We are seeking a W-2 therapist to join our practice as we grow thoughtfully. Rather than expanding quickly, we prioritize alignment, integrity, and creating a practice that is supportive and sustainable over the long term.

Welcome

Clinicians at Every Stage

We welcome clinicians at various stages of their careers, including associates working toward licensure as well as fully licensed LICSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, and PhDs. More than credentials alone, we value who you are as a clinician - your presence, your curiosity, and your commitment to meaningful, relational work.
